Notes on photos above: * Documentation has not yet been found to prove that dyed/colored linen was in common use, in Europe, in the outer layers of garments in the 15th century. ** I use fur that has been recycled from older fur coats. To maintain accuracy in reproduction clothing it is important to use the correct materials for the time period.
