Directions:

  • Tie a cord or something similar around your waist for use as a reference point.

  • Have a friend assist you with the measurements.

  • Wear your favorite un-padded bra which holds your bust in a position you like (padded is ok if the corset is to be padded as well).

  • Don’t worry too much about the absolute perfection of the measurements if we are doing a mock-up fitting.

*** If we cannot meet in person it helps me greatly if you could send me photos of your torso so that I may see the actual shape of your body. A center front, profile and center back at least please. Take the photos while wearing a tightly fitted garment.

Do not look down while these measurements are being taken, it will cause them to be inaccurate.
