Room sizes: Living Room is 12' x 11' 5" Bedroom 1 is 12' x 11' 5" Bedroom 2 is 11' x 11' Bathroom is 10' x 5' Bedroom 1 is currently set up as a workshop but has tons of space for a Queen size bed with night tables and a dressers. Bedroom 2 is currently being used as the master and fits a Queen size bed with dresser and night stand. Most of my neighbors use this bedroom as a kids' room or office.

Around the neighborhood:
Beautiful parks nearby. Boulevard East is a walker, runner and dog walker's paradise. The park across the street features two tennis courts, handball court, baseball field, skateboard park and has "movies in the park" in the late Summer. A block up Boulevard East are basketball courts, a new playground and a dog run. Three blocks south on Boulevard East is the West New York community swimming pool and even more parks. A short 10 minute walk will place you in the massive and beautiful North Hudson Park with it's lake, tennis courts, baseball fields, and running track.
A friendly deli and good supermarket are within a block and a half walking distance (don't worry, they deliver if you do not want to carry the bags).
